Claire Smith
Claire grew up on the surf coast of Victoria, Australia, and knew from an early age that her future lay in the kitchen; creating sustainable food and nurturing the ones she loves. She’s travelled extensively and cooked in cafes and restaurants all over the world, soaking up the various flavours and experiences of a wide range of cultures to benefit everything she creates.
Her long involvement in alternative health care and spirituality has seen her gain qualifications in both Reiki and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Claire’s fundamental tenet for cooking is to channel her creative energy into her every aspect of the process to ensure that her food truly is food for the soul. Claire has created many products that are not only deliciously addictive, but seriously good for you; guilt-free foods you can indulge in.
